Ultimately, my vision is for a more equitable and enjoyable industry for all, where creatives can shine in their lives and careers, confident in themselves and their craft.
Here are some other things I’m working on, further to what is already here on this website, that I’m doing to help with that vision. Come get involved!

I recently finished AWA’s first free 3-month mentorship with mentee Caitlin Grace Pinks. Mentorship consists of 2 x career consultancies, 1 x acting coaching session, 1 x showreel edit (can be redeemed at any time) and ongoing notes, resources, chats, tips and advice. I am pleased to be planning my second mentorship in the New Year. If you think you’d benefit from this mentorship, feel free to contact me to put yourself forward!Group sessions;
I am keen to organize some online group meet ups where we can discuss a certain topic each session.I am currently running monthly online meet ups for Neurodivergent women in the creative arts, if you’d like to join please get in touch!
I’d also love to start a ‘women’s circle’ to make a supportive space for women in the industry to share experiences and thoughts.

Via the platform I built with The 98% I have been involved in investigating and uncovering serious industry misconduct this year. From thieving agents, to sexual predators. Because there is seemingly nowhere else for people to go, I’ve devoted most of my time and energy this year to raising awareness around these issues, providing support for those affected, and helping get the story out there at a national level. It is imperative that in the creative sectors we have a designated organization to help with regulation and safeguarding. CIISA plans to be just that. Please read more about them, and spread the word!
If you have been affected by industry misconduct, please seek emotional support. I can personally vouch for Wellbeing In The Arts, and Annemarie Lewis Thomas. It is also important to report your experience Equity, EASI, and/or the police.
